Most retainers start with a short initial term (typically 3 months) so the work has time to land and prove itself, then roll month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Builds are project-based with a fixed scope and milestones. No multi-year lock-ins, and no penalty for leaving — you keep everything on the way out.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Yes — that's the norm. Plenty of clients start with a single channel (say SEO or PPC), see the work in Aphra, and add disciplines once they trust the process. Because everything runs on one portal with one senior team, expanding is seamless and usually more cost-effective than the sum of the parts.
Does the retainer include my ad spend?
No — and that's a good thing. Management fees and media budget are separate line items. Your ad spend goes straight to Google, Meta, Amazon, or LinkedIn in your own accounts, and we never take a cut of it. You set the budget, you own the accounts, and you see every dollar in the portal.
Do you offer performance-based pricing?
For some paid and ecommerce work we'll do a hybrid — a flat base plus a share tied to a real efficiency milestone (like falling cost-per-acquisition or TACoS). We won't do pure "pay only for results," because it incentivizes short-term tricks over durable growth, and no honest agency fully controls your close rate or margins.
How is a build (website, app, store) priced?
Builds are one-time projects, scoped after we understand your page count, integrations, content readiness, and how much organic value is at risk in a migration. We share a fixed scope and a real estimate before you commit — no open-ended hourly billing — and code and hosting are in your name from day one.
What's the cheapest way to start with Aphrodyte?
